Facilities depend on suitable premises, resources, safety checks and final operating arrangements. The Cove is not currently an operating or accredited school.
Important planning question: a shared, regular daytime learning centre may have registration implications. The operating model needs written guidance from the KwaZulu-Natal education authorities before it is offered.
